Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

Trusted Content Network (“TCN,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Centers Educational Solutions LLC. These terms apply to your TCN Core subscription and your use of trustedcontentnetwork.com. By subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Your subscription

• TCN Core, our monthly subscription, gives one business access to each month’s TCN articles and tips, your private RSS feed, and the monthly download package.
• New subscriptions start with a free first month. After that, your card is billed automatically each month at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel.
• When you sign up, your bank may show a small temporary authorization on your card. It isn’t a charge and is released automatically; how long it shows depends on your bank.
• Your login and RSS feed are for your business only. Please don’t share them.

2. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from your Account page.
• If you cancel during your free month, you keep access until it ends and won’t be charged.
• If you cancel after that, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t give refunds for partial months.

3. Your license to republish

You may republish TCN content, including text and illustrations, under these terms:

• Where: your company’s website or blog, email newsletters sent under your company’s name to your clients, your company’s social media accounts, and printed materials for your clients.
• Editing: you’re encouraged to add to, remove from, or edit the content any way you like. If you change an article or tip, you must publish it under your own name.
• Guest posts: if you’d rather credit the original author, you may publish it under their byline, but only without changes to the text or illustrations.
• Not allowed: republishing in a newspaper, magazine, online publication, book, or any other medium meant for widespread publication; reselling or redistributing the content; or otherwise earning money from the content itself. As a rule of thumb, you shouldn’t make money from republishing TCN content directly.
• After you cancel: content you published while subscribed may stay up. You may not publish new TCN content after your subscription ends.

4. Ownership

TCN content remains the property of Centers Educational Solutions LLC or its writers. Your license to republish doesn’t transfer ownership.

5. Accuracy

We work hard to keep our content accurate and current, but technology changes quickly. Content is provided as-is, and you’re responsible for reviewing it before you publish. We aren’t liable for errors, omissions, or how readers act on the content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to TCN is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Ending a subscription

We may suspend or end a subscription that violates these terms, for example by sharing feed access or reselling content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we’ll email subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing your subscription after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
